All ticket entrances to Cleveland Browns Stadium are electronic tickets on your phone. I will send your ticket(s) to your smartphone for entry into Cleveland Browns Stadium.
If you are not comfortable having the ticket(s) sent to your phone it won’t be a problem. I will have someone enter with you to assist your entrance procedure. I will send you a photo of your ticket for seat location inside the stadium. However, the photo will not work to gain entrance into Cleveland Browns Stadium.
Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment inside the stadium. All purchases must be made with a valid debit or credit card, or mobile wallet options like Apple Pay or Google Pay.
